We had a great first time at the Casino this weekend - staff were all friendly and there is a good range of games to be played (slots and tables).
I stayed at the Hyatt for a couple of nights a few weeks ago. Overall it's a decent hotel. It's pretty well-located; a bit of a walk from New Street Station, but it's very convenient for a lot of the major attractions in the city. Staff at check-in were really welcoming. I did website spend quite a lot of time during my stay waiting for lifts, which I guess is just a downside of it being a big, high-rise hotel with lots of guests. The room was very spacious, albeit a bit dated (especially the bathroom). What really bothered me was that I'd paid Em excesso for an upper-floor room to get views of the city, but the windows were FILTHY.
A beautiful hotel in the perfect location. Staff are friendly and the room was spacious and very clean. Breakfast options were great and overall deco of the hotel is beautiful. Spa was great.The lounge is also very nice
Very nice and well organised stadium. Really enjoyed but the only thing which I didn’t like was the food prices. Everything was so expensive. Small fish and chips costed me £15.
He was very welcoming and ensured I enjoy my work experience. The hotel itself is clean and spacious with a wide range of facilities available for guests. There are different sized suites available; whether you are solo, a couple or a family. You can also bring a pet, providing they weigh no more than 23 kg. Receptionists were polite and professional at all times and were very welcoming to guests.
Unfortunately,I was not allowed in,I don't know why,plus I don't know why my mum's friend advised me to move on which I did and I regret taking his advice
A very famous cricket ground with plenty of epic games to remember. The staff are very diverse so felt comfortable attending an Ashes test. Seats are not the most comfortable ones.

Fantastic experience for the whole family's good arrangements for food and seating. Parking can always be better, however for disabled users they do have parking closers to the even site and easy access.
To cleaners.Couldn't fault this place if I tried. Hotel lobby is so beautiful. I can see why there was business clients there and personal clients.First Hyatt, hope all like this. Brilliant
Thoroughly enjoyed watching the game and loved the atmosphere. The views were great regardless of where you were seated. I'd love to go and watch a game here again!
Drinks were great, and the breakfast in the morning was absolutely first class! Looking forward to staying again in a few weeks for the T20 Finals Day!
Been a few times now with my friend, actually tried out a different casino and we had a moment of "... Eh, it's not as friendly as the Rainbow though is it..." ????
Upon entry I created a membership and filled out the form using a branded Genting pen which I decided to keep (lol) The desk staff were friendly but serious - this is where I was then told I could claim a free £10 - yipeeeee - I made my way to the bar when I was greeted by John the Barman - where when showing him my newly created membership card -received 10% of my bill- John was efficient and friendly and then as I was walking round the tables staff advised me on roulette tables where I decided to play with the dealer - communication was clear and easy to understand the rules and minimum bets upon that table - when WON I decided that table was not for me - overall I had a fantastic time and look forward to finding out more unlock-able benefits my membership brings !
